College students (current sophomores, juniors and seniors) are invited to apply for a semester-long fellowship with Civint, a Columbia-based, nationally-focused consulting firm that connects city council leaders and businesses around the country. The Fellowship would be an ideal fit for students majoring in Political Science, Marketing, Communications, English or Business, but other majors will be considered.

The Fellowship will give students exposure to business development, advocacy planning and  client strategy while working alongside the company’s founders and leadership team. Fellows will attend client meetings, conduct research, participate in team meetings, write and support administrative functions.

This is an on-site fellowship. Civint’s office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Selected students will be asked to dedicate 10 to 20 hours per week during the Fellowship period. The Fellowship will begin Monday, February 3, for the spring semester.

Who May Apply

While the Civint Fellowship is open to all college students, the Fellows must be able to display a level of professionalism and responsibility at all times.

Applications will be accepted until Friday, January 31. The Fellowship for the spring semester will be from Monday, February 10 through Friday, May 2.
